1. Listening to the sound inspection: when the blade is installed, please use the index finger of the right hand to carefully hook the blade and make the blade suspended, and then tap the knife body with a wooden hammer, and listen to the sound on the knife body, such as the dull blade, experience proves that the knife body has often been damaged by external force and has cracks and damage. Such blades should be banned immediately. It is forbidden to use a foot cutter blade that emits a dull sound!
2. Blade installation: Before the blade is installed, please carefully clean the dust, chips and other debris on the mounting surface of the rotating bearing of the foot cutting machine in advance, and keep the bearing mounting surface and foot cutting machine clean.
2.1. Place the blade carefully and smoothly on the mounting surface of the bearing, and rotate the bearing of the foot cutting machine by hand to make it automatically align with the center of the blade.
2.2. Install the pressure knife block on the blade of the foot cutting machine and align the bolt hole with the bolt hole on the bearing of the foot cutting machine.
2.3. Load the hexagon bolts, and use the hexagon wrench fastening screws to firmly install the blade on the bearing.
2.4. After the blade is installed, there can be no loosening and deflection.
3. Safety protection: After the blade is installed, the safety shield and other protective devices on the foot cutting machine must be installed in place and play a real protective role before starting the foot cutting machine (the blade studio on the foot cutting machine should be surrounded by safety baffles, steel plates, rubber and other protective layers).
4. Running speed: The working speed of the foot cutting machine should be limited to less than 4500 rpm. It is strictly forbidden to run the foot cutting machine beyond the speed limit!
5. Test machine: After the blade is installed, it is necessary to run the empty car for 5 minutes, and carefully observe and listen to the operation status of the cutting machine, and it is absolutely not allowed to have obvious loosening, vibration and other abnormal sounds (such as obvious axial and end face runout of the bearing of the cutting machine). If there is an abnormal phenomenon, stop the car immediately and ask professional maintenance personnel to check the cause of the fault and confirm that the fault is completely eliminated before it can be used.
6. In the cutting process, please push the circuit board to be cut at a constant speed, and do not advance the circuit board too quickly and quickly. When the circuit board collides violently with the blade, it will lead to damage to the blade (crash, crack), and even serious safety accidents.
7. Blade storage method: It is strictly forbidden to write or mark on the blade with an electric engraving pen or other scratching methods to prevent damage to the knife body. The blade of the cutting machine is extremely sharp, but very brittle, in order to avoid the blade injuring personnel or accidental damage to the blade, do not touch the blade with the human body or other metal hard objects. The blade to be used should be handed over to the special personnel for proper storage and storage, and must not be put aside casually to prevent the blade from being damaged or causing accidents.
8. The premise of production efficiency is the same as safe operation, and the cutting operator must follow the relevant requirements in order to make the blade of the cutting machine work safely on the cutting machine.
